Phil Birnbaum is the visionary behind Pedestal Beer. With over two decades of experience in the beer industry, he has spent his career helping brewers of all sizes connect with retailers and consumers. Previously, Phil served as the General Manager of River North Beer, a craft beer distributor based in Chicago that represented world-renowned brands such as Goose Island Beer Company, Brooklyn Brewery and Redhook Brewery. Phil’s expertise, drive and passion for beer keeps the company focused on one ambitious mission statement: to extend the reach of American craft beer around the world.
